Sandwich Bread

Our sandwich breads are yeast leavened breads with a hefty portion of sourdough culture added to the dough. This gives them a slight sourdough tang while maintaining a nice soft crumb perfect for sandwiches.

Seeded Rye

A portion of the bread flour is subsituted with rye flour and caraway seeds are added to make a nice hearty rye bread. The perfect bread for a rueben sandwich.
