Sourdough Boules

Our sourdough boules undergo a long fermentation to give them that uniquely sourdough tang with a deep rich flavor that regular bread simply can't match

Classic Sourdough

Our classic sourdough boule contains nothing but flour, water, sourdough cuture, and salt. No added chemicals, dyes, or preservatives.  All of our sourdough boules are based off of this recipe. Different flours, nuts, or fruits may be added.

Rye Sourdough

Starting with our classic sourdough boule recipe we substitute a portion of the bread flour with rye flour and add caraway seed.

Cheddar & Old Bay

Shredded cheddar cheese and Old Bay are added to our classic sourdough recipe to create this Maryland classic. Great with crab dip or shrimp salad!

Cranberry Pecan

Classic sourdough bread with chopped pecans and dried cranberries.
